This series features some of the most awe-inspiring animals from all over the world. This coin features a peacock, pictured in full color in fantastic High Relief. The Peacock (and its vibrantly colorful tail feathers) fills the entire design on the concave reverse side of this coin. Its image is shown in stunning color and, due to its High Relief, is raised well above the coins surface. "MAGNIFICENT LIFE" is inscribed to the left of the majestic bird around the outer rim. A portrait of Queen Elizabeth II graces the convex obverse of the coin. Her Majesty is shown facing toward the right. Around her image, inscriptions read "ELIZABETH II, " the denomination "5 DOLLARS, " the issuing nation "COOK ISLANDS, " and the year-date 2015. Its proof finish exhibits mirror-like fields and frosted relief.
