The reverse side has a full color image of Eddie dressed in shogun armor. 3-D design makes Eddie look like he is coming out of the coin. The band, Iron Maiden has been performing since their inception in 1975. A lot of bands end up fading away or taking time off for a few years but Iron Maiden has kept performing all over the world. They have released 17 studio albums and 24 live albums.
Despite their years, they show no sign of slowing down and as they say in their title song Wherever you are Iron Maiden's gonna get you, No matter how far. In front of everything and poking out of the coin is Eddie, a figure who has become a kind of avatar of the group. He is shown here in full color and his face seems to be splashed with blood.
