I will try to describe this piece with what I have learned after researching on the internet. Up for sale is a Rarotonga, Cook Islands, Kia Orana - 4 String Ukelele also known as a Ukerere.

This is a hand crafted, hand carved, hand painted piece, made by a prison inmate. Beautiful Island scene of palm trees, water and flowers. "Rarotonga is carved into the piece". The halved coconut and the rest of the piece is also hand carved. It measures 21 3/8 length. Please see all the great pictures.
